Original I3200-A1 is new printhead for water based type ink solution market, it will replace the old 5113 head in waster based type.
3200 nozzles
Support big, middel and small dot print, resolution is highest!
Speed is double times than dx5 and will replace it in future.
This printhead can match photoprint very well and show perfect print quality.

2. Intelligent Variable ink droplet, control the ink drop spray according to the picture requirement. Offering the more highly precisely solution and more accuracy of ink drop location.
3. Environmental protection and corrosion, suitable for weak solvent ink, eco solvent ink, Water-based ink, sublimation ink, be widely used for indoor and out door printing.
4. Big and stable media press block can fix material well during printing.
5. Smart pinch roller, customer can control each one at any time, which can avoid paper wrinkle problem.
6. Adopt best quality Leadshine servo motor and driver, provide print quality and resolution.
7. Unique capping station desgin, easier to operate and do maintenance, also add handle control function to adjust if local market power off suddenly.
8. Add mirror in this machine, which can let customer check printhead surface status at any time.
9. High-end level have ruler on the beam, it is better to reset the original print point.
