Which Printhead Can Used in This Model?
Original I3200-A1(mainly used in dye textile market)
Why I3200-A1 head speed is better than 5113 in Dye Sublimation Printer?
1. Epson I3200-A1 head has 8*400=3200 nozzles which is same as 5113, but head quality is better than 5113, it has seperate inkfill and connect damper directly.
Nozzle is more, some time which can print more ink, so speed is faster.
2. Printhead Ignition frequency: I3200 A1 --16.7K, Epson 5113---14.4K
Printhead ignition frequency is single nozzle print times in one second, ignition frequency is higher, print speed will faster, I3200 support print big, middle and big dot print, then this new head print quality is more higher.
3. Printhead nozzle dot: I3200 A1 ---3.8pl-6pl-12pl, Epson 5113---3.5pl-6pl-12pl
Little dot can print some detail or smaller picture, which will show best print qaulity, but if only use little dot print, print speed will slow even ignition frequency is higher. So most people will use 3 dots to print model, keep the print quality and let print faster. In this condition, 5113 and I3200 no much distance.
Features
1. New design for 8 heads capping station, this printhead sequence can printing 2pass, and eliminate the banding during high speed print.
2. Add the light beside capping station, it is more better to do the calibation and check printhead surface status.
3. Industrial aluminum beam with 2pcs THK guide rail which can ensure high speed stability.
4. Intelligent pinch roller, you can let single roller work or close depend on your print inquiry.
5. Install advanced anti-collision system on carriage, avid the printhead damage from sharp products on platform during print.
6. All machine little doors with hydraulic rod, it will be better to open and close it.
7. With industrial level taking-up media motor and feeding media motor, support 2000m transfer paper working.
8. Configurate with 3L big ink tank and has lack ink alarm system, which can let one staff working for more than 10 sets in same time.
