Our sublimation printer is used to make textile products, such as blanket, polyester dress, plush toys and so
on. It prints on sublimation papers first, then heat transfer the pattern to the fabric you want. Automatic
printing and dye sublimation ink make the pattern colors bright, strong and fantastic.

* Printheads:
Fedar FD6194E Digital Sublimation Printer uses Four Epson original I3200-A1 printing heads. Its nozzle has 4 pairs of nozzle holes, a total of 8 columns, each column has 400 nozzle holes, that is totally including 3200 nozzle holes, max resolution: 3200DPI.
* Capping Station:
Equipped with advanced intelligent printhead cleaning and moisturizing device,operation and maintenance is more convenient.
* Carriage:
The distance between printhead and printing platform can be adjusted freely according to different printing consumables. Anti-collision devices are added at both ends to provide more comprehensive safety protection for printheads.
* Platform:
The assembly precision of the machine printing platform is controlled within plus or minus 7.5 wires, which lays the foundation for high-precision and high-quality production.
* Ink Tank:
FD6194E Digital Sublimation Printer uses four 3L super-large-capacity ink tank with independent and continuous ink supply. The powerful continuous supply ink supply system provides support for the improvement of production efficiency, avoiding the frequent shortage of ink in production and the heavy work caused by back and forth inspection.
* THK Guide Rails:
More stable running,longer working life,lower noise.higher resolution,and fewer errors in length.
* Leadshine Motor:
Both the servo and stepping systems are driven by high-quality brushless integrated Leadshine motor with high-precision linear decoding, smaller error,higher precision and more stable operation.
