Why are there obvious broken lines in the printed image? How to deal with it？

Reason 1: Ink head broken needle, as long as one ink hole of the piezoelectric printheads is blocked, it may cause broken lines in the image. If multiple printheads holes are blocked, the broken lines will become more serious.
Solution: Clean the ink head and remove the clogged nozzle.
Reason 2: There are impurities in the pipeline
Solution: clean up the pipeline.
Reason 3: There are impurities in the ink sac
Solution: clean the ink sac tube.
Reason 4: Ink is contaminated, ink quality is problematic
Solution: Replace the ink.
Reason 5: There is air in the ink sac
Solution: extract the air from the ink sac.
Reason 6: The printheads is in poor condition
Solution: Replace the printheads.
Reason 7: The surface of the nozzle is too dirty and fluffy
Solution: clean the nozzle surface.
Reason 8: Scraper and ink stack are too dirty
Solution: cleaning the wiper blade, ink sac, capping station.
