Daily Maintenance of Digital Printing Machine

If you want the sublimation printer to have a long service life, you must know the daily maintenance of the printing machine. Fedar digital printing machine summarizes 6 maintenance tips for everyone.
1. Be sure to connect the ground wire before starting the machine. Please shut down and cut off the power supply in time during thunder and lightning; when the machine is not in use, make sure that the nozzle and ink stack are completely closed before turning off the power.
2. Before printing out, print the nozzle test strip first. When stopping printing, be sure to turn off the temperature control heating switch.
3. In order to ensure the best output effect, please use the original ink and be equipped with a branded voltage stabilizer; it is forbidden to use fans and air conditioners to blow the machine directly.
4. The applicable working temperature is 15℃-30℃, the relative humidity of working is 35%-65%, and the working environment should be controlled manually if necessary.
5. Add lubricant to the guide rail every week; dust and debris around the power plug and power socket should be cleaned at least once a year.
6. Do not bundle or wind the power cord, and avoid multiple devices using the same power socket to prevent short circuits.
